The DR-300 is a double rewind used with the SL-300 Slitter to rewind your slit strip back into a coil. The SL-300 slits the material into two strips, one cut to size, and one the remainder of the incoming strip. This rewind has two arbors, one 300mm (12”) wide and one 150mm (6”) wide. Normally the top longer arbor is used to wind the finished strip width, and the lower arbor to rewind the scrap or secondary strip. The tension is controlled by a felt wiper pad and viewed through an ampere meter on the electrical enclosure. The arbors are an expandable arbor suited for 100mm (4”) to 150mm (6”) diameter.
