The SL-300 slitting station is used for slitting common materials such as copper, brass, steel, and aluminum. The slitter is easy to set up, just set the incoming guides to the strip width you are starting with, up to 300mm, then set the slitting blades to the size you wish to slit, start the strip through and you are ready to go. Voss supplies gauges to aid in the setup of your finished slit widths. The SL-300 is a stand-alone unit that can also be used in line with your fin machines or other processes. Feed the stock in from your uncoiler, slit to size, use the finished strip, and scrap the remainder all in line with your process.
