Voss designed the Industrial Roller Flat Fin machine to quickly produce flat fins at a low-cost. This machine is ideal when high precision fins, like those produced by our stamping process, are not required.
The roll has a set of fixed punches that pierce the tube slots at rates up to 30 meters per minute. The electronic controlled cutoff cuts the fins with the same accuracy as other roller fin machines. The fin produced by our Industrial Roller Flat Fin machine is limited to simple flat fins without enhancements. This machine is ideal where fast production of cost-effective fin is required.
